Shipping Damage

We try our best to ensure an exceptional experience for all customers, however, sometimes shipping/handling, and other factors can negatively impact the product we provide. For this, we are deeply sorry.

Per our warranty, shipping damage must be reported to Lectric eBikes within 14 days of shipment arrival. This applies to all products, including bikes and accessories. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. 

Please send our Support Team a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received. We'll do our best to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
